Return and Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Wrong Item Shipped OR Manufacturer Defects Only. 

Terms of Return and/or Refund policy:

• Contact Seller (within 15 days) of any problems
• What is the condition of return (e.g. unworn, missing pieces)
• State reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
• Process for return: Terms of refund are for "Only for wrong item or damaged item due to manufacturer error". 
•  Refund: payment will be processed within 48 hours of agreed upon returned item being received)

NOTE: (These are custom ordered items and every attempt will be made for repair or replace prior to refund pending seller's discretion)

No "Custom Color Order Items" will be accepted outside the above guidelines.
